A Plant Disease Classification Algorithm Based on Attention MobileNet V2

Plant growth is inevitably affected by diseases, and one effective method of disease detection through the observation leaf changes. To solve problem in complex backgrounds, where distinction between plant diseases hindered large intra-class differences small inter-class differences, a complete plant-disease recognition process proposed. The was tested experiments research into traditional deep features. In face difficulties related to classification advantages strong interpretability features great robustness are fully utilized, include following components: (1) OSTU algorithm based on naive Bayes model proposed focus leaves located remove interference from backgrounds. (2) A multi-dimensional feature introduced an interpretable manner perspective obtain characteristics. (3) MobileNet V2 network with dual attention mechanism establish that operates both spatial channel dimensions at level facilitate recognition. Village open database test, results demonstrated average SEN 94%, greater than other algorithms 12.6%.
